Another example of the Belgian US M1 helmet clone. This one has no inscriptions in the metal shell but the inscription HL80 in the liner. At this moment I do not know what it stands for. 80 could be the production year, HL?

Liner is a Dutch production . Look at the very specific sweatband ! Producer unknown

I found an additional picture and you are right, the helmet has no flag on it.
