VDP 80-4 is possibly VanDePutte year 1980, could have been an intermediary.

This helmet has no markings for the manufacturer.
It does show an Arrow stamped in the rim showing this helmet is meant for the Airforce.
The Liner is brand name = WWe for pictures see Airforce liner number 3.
